Objectives:
Recognizing the need for advanced technological solutions to support their innovative service offerings, CryoFuture partnered with Preux to develop a comprehensive, HIPAA-compliant inventory system from the ground up. The goal was to manage data for clinics and donors effectively, handling payments, document signing and storage, and integrating with tracking technology for the secure transport and storage of specimens. Additionally, the collaboration aimed to build an Android app and integrate APIs from hardware to monitor the conditions of the specimens and stream real time data to admin dashboards, further enhancing operational transparency and efficiency.
Solutions and Outcome:
Preux delivered a full-service solution, assembling a team that included project management, a digital strategist, a delivery manager, front-end and back-end developers, QA engineers, UX architects, and UI designers. This team used a robust technology stack comprising .NET, React, Tailwind, PostgreSQL, and integrations with Stripe and Docusign, creating a multifunctional, secure system that supports every aspect of CryoFuture’s operations.
Preux was also responsible for the branding, UX, and UI design, ensuring that all visual and interactive aspects of the platform were intuitive and aligned with CryoFuture’s mission to provide a user-friendly experience. The branding extended across the digital and physical aspects of CryoFuture, creating a cohesive identity that enhances brand recognition and trust.
The development of the Android app and the integration of real-time monitoring APIs are currently underway, with the goal of providing enhanced accessibility and real-time data to CryoFuture’s clients and partners.
Results:
As CryoFuture is still in the MVP phase of development, specific results in terms of user engagement or financial metrics are not yet available. However, our partnership has already led to the successful implementation of a robust and secure platform that promises to significantly improve the efficiency and reliability of fertility specimen storage and transportation. The technology developed is expected to set new benchmarks in the industry, positioning CryoFuture as a leader in fertility cryostorage solutions.
